90 Minute Labs are short, practice-first leadership workshops that give managers the people skills they need to lead effectively – without pulling them away from work for days at a time.
→ Each lab focuses on one concrete skill, taught through real scenarios and expert facilitation. Online sessions are capped at 12 participants for maximum practice time. In-person sessions are tailored to your group (i.e. format, size, and duration designed around your needs). All labs are delivered in English; Spanish and Polish are available on request.

It runs for 90 minutes online or in person, includes a discovery call beforehand to align on your team’s context, and ends with every participant leaving with one practical tool they can use immediately. Online sessions are capped at 12 participants.
