What Are 90 Minute Labs?

90 Minute Labs are short, practice-first leadership workshops that give managers the people skills they need to lead effectively – without pulling them away from work for days at a time.

Each lab focuses on one concrete skill, taught through real scenarios and expert facilitation. Online sessions are capped at 12 participants for maximum practice time. In-person sessions are tailored to your group (i.e. format, size, and duration designed around your needs). All labs are delivered in English; Spanish and Polish are available on request.

We start every engagement with a short discovery call to understand your team’s actual context, so what happens in the lab is relevant on Monday morning, not just during the session.
